Free delivery on all orders over HKD 499.

We offer free shipping on all orders over a set threshold to most of countries. The threshold is HKD 499. The delivery threshold applies to all orders irrespective of whether it includes products fulfilled by Suisse Reborn Global .

Additional premium delivery options may be available depending on your location.

We are available to ship Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Philippines,Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

Handling fee applied depending on your location. Handling fee will be shown in checkout page. Please check carefully before payment completion.

The delivery fee for orders under HKD 499 will be charged depending on your location.

Regions in service

We deliver your order from our overseas warehouses or in Hong Kong where depends on your shipping location.

Time frame for delivery

The order handling time after dispatch takes 3-14 business days (except Sat & Sun) typically according to the location of our warehouses.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

PO Boxes

Most of our postal services are accepted to ship to PO Box. However, we reserve the rights to change our courier services without notice. Your order may be cancelled and refunded due to delivery restriction of couriers.

Shipping Address Amendment

We do not allow any change or update of shipping address after an order is placed successfully or an order has been dispatched.

A new order placement is required. Please revise the new shipping address by payment gateway in prior to place a new order.

Lost Parcel and Dispute Case

Please contact us if the courier has not delivered the parcel to you 20 business days after dispatched. We will issue a full refund or a re-shipment to you if the parcel is confirmed as lost. We will do our best to assist you for any investigation.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We reserve the rights to reject the refund due to an erroneous and/or incomplete address. Please contact our customer service team in case of a non-receipt of parcel.
